Last week we signed up/paid for the Precision Flow Plumbing Precision Care Plan which a lot of services on the annual basis and semi-annual visits for hot water tank cleaning, plus a lot more. We had our initial base line visit from three members of the company yesterday. Not only did they drain the water heater, but they went through the house/outside the house to look at anything dealing with the water system. They took pictures of everything for their files. Precision Flow Plumbing is so quick and friendly. I sent a request on their site Sunday evening and I got a call and visit on Monday morning. Eddie was professional and able to program our new water softener quickly. He offered to come back in the future and help us out again if needed!
