Prefer zero stars, but that's not an option. Horrible, unscrupulous company. They bypass rules and regulations and then try to cover up with, "oh, we didn't know". If they are working anywhere near your property keep an eye on them because they will encroach and even cross your property lines without any notice. They think they are above laws and property owner rights.
