I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this company. They lie, have garbage customer service, refuse to stand by their products and services while telling you they do. They claim to be a local small family business but they contract everything out. Any time I have had issues they try to sell me new products or tell me something has gone out or try to charge service charges when I am still under contract so they can avoid accountability. They claim I haven't called in over a year but I have voicemails that

I had started my service a few years back and resumed almost two years later and the ONLY thing that has changed is the name and them doing more services. They are truly amazing and have the BEST customer service. :) If you are considering them to install security on don't second guess them, they are the best.
