We were pleased with the job originally but we were promised they would come back to grind a large stump 2 weeks later and they never came. Then winter came. After reaching out multiple times over 6 months to see when they were coming back, apologies for issues in their personal life (which we understood) but led to lack of communication, then storm damage chasing, all while posting their phone number on FB for new jobs.
