Our carpet was installed 2 years ago. There was a tear in the carpet before our warrenty' was up. I called and Kevin answered and told me that he will get back with me but didn't happen. 6 months later I called the store to find out why I didn't receive and answer back. No answer. I wrote a bad review and Kevin and Dion got back to me. Both was sincere in their appologies. Dion sent a repairman out and took care the the damaged carpet. Great service and seamless experience. Kevin was able to find my flooring when others could not or said it was discontinued. He ordered my items and followed up to make sure everything was good. Highly recommend.
