Marius and his crew did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen in the summer of 2025. Communication was especially good; they let us know when they would (and wouldn't) be working and Marius would respond to our concerns promptly. The project involved some rewiring, sheetrock replacement and texturing, painting and appliance installation; All were done professionally. They also worked well with our cabinet maker, Caliber Cabinets. We are very happy with the finished product.

We interviewed about seven contractors last year and chose Popescu Construction for our remodel because they seemed to be the most responsive and were definitely the most professional. We were not disappointed. Marius and his team did a great job renovating our bathrooms, dining room, kitchen and part of our living room all before we moved in to our town home.
