I had an issue where I could not find my key and my backup key wasnt working either. The locksmith took the time to call me today, even though he couldn't come until tomorrow, explained how to change the battery and reminded me to make sure I put it in facing the right way (and I'm so glad he did lol) and now I'm squared away. I actually found my first key too now but bc of him I'll be better off in the future. Thank you.
