This is probably the most unprofessional pool company in the world! So let me elaborate so you understand my frustration. I purchased a "premium" pool cleaner in April from Pool Sharks. The unit stop taking a charge in September, brought it back on October 1st because they said it was still under warranty. Called several times to get an update on the repair or replacement, but I was presented with the excuse "well someone else is working on your cleaner and they will have to call you back". So

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Located on Farmington in a good spot making it easy to get in and out. A bit pricey but what pool store isn’t these days?! Given a choice, I’ll pay for good people and these are good people.
