I reached out to Pool Boss To have a winter pool cover replaced. I spoke to the owner of the company, he instructed me to buy a pool cover from a local pool store, and he would get back to me on the time he would be at my home the next Monday or Tuesday. I bought the cover, I did not hear back, I reached out to him, he said he was checking the weather and would let me know. I indicated that Tuesday would be the better weather day.
