Update on 12/08/2023: I have changed to one star and the reason is today our water line busted. It happened before back in July, and the new plumber told us it was because they used so called shark teeth connector under the ground. That part should be only used indoor! Now after 3 years, our water line began to break. This is ridiculous, I was wondering why suddenly they stopped answering my phone and email as well. Your action is not acceptable! First, you should know those shark teeth are not

We had Terry re-plumb our entire home from the road to the sinks a few tears ago. Great work, fair price, with a great warranty. Yesterday the line from the street to the house burst at a joint, I contacted Terry late in the day an informed him what happened, and he came out late that evening took care of the issue, no charge, " Honoring the warranty" He is a straight up person, hard to find those these days. Dependable, and knowledgeable, highly reccomended.

We had a main line water break at our home (built in 1980s). This water line was the older blue polybutylene pipe that has many lawsuits years ago. Our meter was “far” from the home and many plumbers were reluctant with distance and price. My wife found Terry on the Facebook Milton sweet tea group (he was highly recommended). Terry asked for some initial pictures then came out to estimate. Very reasonable on price and completed job fast minimizing damage to yard. Plus a 15yr warranty. Very nice

Terry is fantastic! We discovered a leak in our main water line and he came out the day I called. He was even driving back into town after a holiday weekend and still came same day. Work was completed the next day and at half the price I was quoted by someone else. I will call Terry for any plumbing issues I have in the future.

Quick easy service. Prices were just right. If you need a quick plumber that knows what they are doing and doesn't have an overpriced tag they have you covered.

Terry fixed a toilet issue in a timely manner. He was honest and trustworthy. He explained everything in detail and answered all questions. Would definitely use his services again. Thanks Terry.
