I have not relocated to Pinetop,AZ, I will arrive on or before the 11th if November. My mother rented the unit on my behalf, and she was extremely pleased with how helpful and professional the clerk was. Made the whole process easy!

I only recently got a storage unit with Pinetop Mini Storage but my experience so far has been great. My only feedback would be to update the phone number for contact (the main number listed online and on the facility sign needs to be updated). Otherwise, my experience has been great. Word to the wise, like many storage facilities, this one has a place for a live-in site manager. This space is currently being rented to a tenant that does not work for the storage facility.
