Service is fine. They wanted to upgrade my gas meter. I told them to come and do it. NO, I have to be home. Why? Because they have to relight pilot. I said I have no pilots. No that's not good enough. I scheduled. Then some far sounding lady with foreign accent calls (says SPAM on my phone) and said they have to reschedule. I said just come out and do it. No... they said, for no good reason. I told them to just forget about the upgrade! Man are these people a pain!

Being charged for gas that was not used. Multiple calls to customer service- which did not remedy. Came to Charlotte to see someone in person. The office hasn’t been opened here in over 1 year.

Mama said if you don’t have nothing nice to say don’t say nothing at all.
