The are charging me, more than couple of hundreds while I am not living in the house.

Horrible company

I wish I could give this company zero stars! They make up prices, give increases to some residents and decreases to others. They make up bill costs because we were gone from home for two weeks out of the month and didn't use the hot water or oven, we also turned our thermostat down to 65 in the winter and they claimed we used almost twice as many therms! My bill almost doubled from $227 to $435! Uta outrageous and the monopoly they have in North Carolina should be illegal! I think all the reside
