PWS has been an absolute nightmare to work with for our townhome community. If you’re looking for a vendor for a multifamily community, stay far away from Phoenix Water Solutions. Unresponsive to emails, inflexible re: scheduling, and routinely hours late. They sent us an email with less than 24 hours notice that they needed access into our home…. didn’t answer any of my questions despite multiple emails…. showed up 2 hours late….. and, ultimately, it turned out that they contacted me in error

Due to a system wide upgrade of water meters needed in our large townhome community, I would like to commend the team at PWS for their prompt response due to a missed appt, which unfortunately occurred because of miscommunication on their end. It happens. The issue was resolved within 4 hours and I received prompt responses from the office team via phone calls and email messages that morning. Jonathan, the technician who performed the upgrade the same day, kept me updated via VM and text mess

TC did an outstanding job on my repairs today! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. He communicated exactly what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him and Phoenix water solutions for any plumbing repair!
