Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. They send a SHUT OFF notice to "unauthorized user", knowing full well I have had service for 4 decades....all because I need to reschedule a visit for a gas line check, which is to be done every 3 years according to 4 of the reps I spoke with since 5/4/26.
