They do not answer the phone or return calls, even after nearly two weeks They’re likely no longer in business or are severely understaffed. Do not try to use this company if you have an emergency like I did.

Blaine did an amazing job wiring a new transformer for my smart doorbell. Everything works great and the new transformer is easy to access right behind the chime. I would highly recommend Phaze One and Blaine especially!
