Just had an interaction with one of the ladies that answer the phone. I have never been talked to with such a nasty attitude and then she hung up on me. I will never order from JmB or Wise Fuel.

Wow is crazy how they tried to charge me for a delivery they didn’t do I called them saying that I have video cameras and they called me back saying that they were charging me for the previous owner. I just bought the house and they charging me for something the previous owner already pay it sad how we are starting this with them they never mentioned this when I called them first. I have meanan in the past and I had to call them 5 times to get a deliver it sad that this is going the same way. I

An update I had an emergency called petro at 11 pm they were at my house at 1230 am. Omg that is what I call amazing service!!!!!!! . Best company ever thank u all from the bottom of my heart. Petro installed a new indoor oil tank in our basement. Several people thought the new tank would not fit down the stairs, but Trisha at Petro had no reservations. Her team of installers came and did the job with no issues. They were on time, friendly, clean and courteous. Every job they have done for us has been great. Their oil prices are also below what we were paying for a company with no contract. They give great service and honor their contract. Well worth signing up with them.
