A salesperson from Performance Windows knocked on our door despite our no soliciting sign. My daughter was home and didn’t feel comfortable answering the door, so she didn’t. The saleswoman knocked on the door multiple times until my husband was able to answer and tell her that we aren’t interested at this time. I’m concerned that my daughter could have been home alone and the salesperson was very persistent that someone answer the door.

I’m disappointed that your company continues to approach homes with remote employees despite clearly posted “No Solicitation” signs. Repeated door-to-door sales visits are disruptive and unprofessional, especially during working hours. If we are interested in your services, we will contact you directly. Please respect posted notices and refrain from further solicitation at this location.

Absolutely amazing experience from beginning to end. Our installation team arrived early in the morning and got to work. Super sweet. They were speedy and thorough. Got the old windows out and new ones in with no mess at all! I couldn’t believe it! Highly recommend!!!! Windows look amazing
