Performance painting first did a serious power washing to prepare the shutters, garage door trim, fences and metal porch railing. They were meticulous in preparation before painting, doing a thorough inspection of all surfaces. Then they applied stain to the wood and paint to the metal. Cleanup was great. Excellent service
