Great service from start to finish! We have an older house (1950s) that was long overdue for an electrical panel upgrade. Communication with the office was always timely, considerate, and informative. This was extra important and appreciated given the need to coordinate with NV energy and whatnot. Our technicians Jorge, Eddie and Santos were prompt and kept everything moving smoothly for the day-long project.

Ernesto has come out twice to my house. The first time was to install a GFI and the second was to shift some outlets and switch plates. He is the best! Calm, unhurried, polite, personable, and very knowledgable. Penny Electric is lucky to have him.
