PELLA DOES NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT OR INSTALL. We wanted Pella windows in our new build home because they had been a good reputation. They did a horrible job and would not respond to our builder or us to repair multiple windows that would not close or open. They sent a consultant out from Pella and he confirmed our windows were not installed correctly. The Consultant said Pella would come out and fix our window immediately.
