Super disappointed. Pella was highly recommended by our builder as the industry’s best. We had all new windows & doors installed in November 2025. Seven months later & the job is still incomplete. Pella has come out to fix the job four times, but each time they haven’t brought the right parts. We’re missing 2 screens, 4 more screens cannot be installed as the window frame is missing the slots the screens latch into. Important to know that Pella offers beautiful wood-stained options that Renewal By Andersen can only accomplish by making you hire an additional contractor to apply a stain finish to your windows. Pella is a turn key operation - and my new windows are beautiful. The installation crew was great. They did a great job, were polite and cleaned up after themselves. They wore the slip on boot covers as soon as they entered my home and swept up any debris that was not caught by their drop cloths. A+ I
