Recently had a damaged window replaced by Pella. Our coordinator ,Hannah, and installers Ricky and Levi, all did an exceptional job. We are very pleased with their work and our new window!

I replaced 2 aluminum builder's grade windows with Pella windows. There is a good selection of materials and glass to customize. I ended up with "impervia" fiberglass + STC glass (for noise suppression). Took some time to deliver, but when installed they are great windows: easy open/close, no leaks, no wind drafts, they look and feel solid. There was a minor setback - the new frame is a little wider than original, and windows stick out a little, so installers added an extra layer of outside trim

We went to the showroom to explore window options. Giah was very helpful and informative.
