Jose is the most knowledgeable person I have spoken with regarding windows

Working with Pella has been an absolute nightmare. I would never suggest using them. After waiting 2 years for windows to be put in, we are still experiencing issues with the windows a year later. I cannot get anyone on the phone and have stopped in the showroom multiple times to have them come out and fix their mistakes but never a call back. Their worker Mike, is apparently so busy he cannot return a phone call.

The installers were patient, totally respectful of myself and my home, and truly a joy to work with. This was after a fire so things weren’t as easy as new. They worked until late in the evening and the door is fabulous
