Completely dissatisfied. He was contracted to build a garage. After getting paid, the concrete slab was poured. After which, I was given a build date many times and then ghosted. I do not recommend hiring this company/person.

I first used Patrick about 7 years ago for a tune up and I was very impressed with his service so when my door started to make some bad noises I knew just who to call. I was not disappointed. Patrick was in the area so responded within 15 minutes. He thoroughly explained what was wrong and the options for repair. By 10:30 the next morning I had all the rollers and springs replaced. He is prompt, personable, professional, knowledgable and very tidy. He swept up and made sure there were no grease
