The experience of having our screened porch enclosed was great, from the beginning, when we worked with Colin Phillips to determine what we wanted, to the actual execution of the plan to turn the porch into a sunroom. The workers did a wonderful job over a short period of time. We would definitely recommend the company.

Persons installing were great. Some of screens were not tight and one had push marks. They are coming back to correct this. Once enclosure sold to us it was hard to get any direction on what was needed. We did the footers etc. Biggest complaint: No one informed us to have pavers ahead of enclosure installation. Once building started and set we could not use pavers due to drainage holes in structure. We then had to skim concrete and paint instead of what we really wanted to do.

David was thorough and efficient. He checked the space we needed, and told us what he was thinking of building. It was a pleasure seeing the new room through his eyes. He told us about options and was knowledgeable about the building process.
