Terrible experience. Quoted $275/hr plus 10% fuel, but after arriving late and finishing the job in about 20 minutes, they still charged me for 2.5 hours—more than their own 2-hour minimum. When I questioned it, the representative was extremely rude and even threatened to tow my truck to their shop if I didn’t pay. Completely unprofessional and unfair. Be very cautious with this company. MAY GOD HELP US ALL.

we stuck on the dirt road when hunting at indian reservation area，call Parker and answer soon，told me 1 hour will get my location. Only 40 minutes Mark get my location and tow my car out of the pitch in 2minutes very professional and very nice.
