Working with Henry was fantastic. He was very responsive and good at what he does. We had a lightning strike that fried or will wiring and he fixed the problem same day to get out water going.

We were having trouble with the well at my mother in law’s house after the recent freeze. We called Parker Pump and the tech (whose name, I’m embarrassed to say I forgot immediately, it started with a D) came out right away. Last year Henry saved us from having to replace our well entirely. He and his helper took him almost a week trying different techniques to clear out the old casings of debris, then raise and replace the pump. Most drillers would not have the patience to take the time to fix it, and it saved us lots of $$$. Thanks Henry
