Michael is an excellent technician and representative for Parker. He performed a very thorough AC maintenance and inspection, and very polite and respectful.

Multiple technicians conducted the yearly maintenance checks on various equipment. All techs were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Parker and Sons.

They do a great job in fixing everything, it comes at a big cost. I felt I was being maneuvered into fixing everything to perfection! I had no idea that cartridges for R/O system and maintenance on my soft water system was going to cost over $900 and to have my water heater drained ended up costing another $800++++. Needed new valve and shutoff and some rod into the water heater. I was not prepared for that kind of cost and push for warranties by the caller and both service technicians.
