I do NOT recommend using this company. I ordered 2 windows and 2 Sliding Impact doors from Paradise. The timing all went well however 1 sliding door did not fit and close properly after Install. Paradise sent multiple Techs along with Dan the owner to try and resolve the issue. After a few Months they called for the Manufacturer to come out and inspect the issue. CWS sent a report to them and copied me that they cut the frame down essentially compromising the window and Voiding any manufact

From the ordering process, meeting my install timeframe, delivery, install, cleanup, and answering follow up questions, all Paradise personal were outstanding. They were all friendly, responsive, and provided accurate truthful information.

Extremely happy with the quality and workmanship of my patio door that was installed by Marcus. Would recommend to anyone looking for a honest company to deal with.
