When presented with the scope of work and letter of agreement, we sent 1 email with questions and they would not work with us if we did not conform to their contract. Our question was not about money; we had very simple questions. Don't get trapped by a designer who is rigid and unwilling to be collaborative. They will trap you into their way or the highway.
