We had a deck built onto our front porch. They left exposed nails, did a shoddy building job, and used two different types of wood, so when we went to stain the deck area, it turned two different colors. I paid over $6000 for the job and totally regret it. I’m not sure how we will be able to fix it if we ever want to sell our house. So disappointing.
