I arranged for 2 hour service to clean my house. I was happy with the service and wanted to schedule monthly. After several attempts to reschedule via phone calls and text messages, there was no response. I have deleted their number from my contacts. They lost a potentially good customer. I would not recommend their service based on their lack of follow up

Ozone provided wonderful service. They were prompt and efficient. I've never seen my home so clean. Absolutely a wonderful experience. I would refer them to anyone who asked and plan on continuing using their services. Customer service with James was great. Very professional and kind over the phone as well as very friendly and efficient housekeepers.
