Evan their technician came by to excess a rug for a coffee stain.Instead of him, just cleaning it he informed me that he could not because of what the fibers of the rug was made of and if he cleaned it, it would be ruined. I appreciate the honesty cause other carpet cleaners would’ve jumped on it and would have ruined the rug even more. He advised me to call another company that specializes in rugs with Rayon.
