I wanted to take a moment to share some positive feedback about Tim the technician. Tim went out of his way to thoroughly explain which solvents were being used and gave me a clear idea of how likely it was that the tough stains would come out. I really appreciated how much care and attention Tim put into tackling those stubborn spots. Tim took his time and, for the most part, was successful in removing them.
