Overall the installation went well. The two installers that Overhead Door Company had installing my garage door and opener was friendly and seemed to be well informed on the work they came to do. There is one thing that separates a good job and an awesome job is paying attention to detail. Im including a picture of the rail support hanger. It's about 1 inch from being straight. We have never been more pleased. My husband is a hard worker and hard to impress and he was very impressed! Greg and Jason did a fantastic job. Very professional and Greg is maticulous and went above and beyond. We had a horrible experience a few days prior from another company wanting to charge us $1400 for same service! Every experience I’ve had with Overhead Door has been positive. I had an appointment for between 10 and noon today and Josh called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at the time he had stated. He was friendly and professional and told me what he would be doing. He completed the job quickly and took the time to make sure the door had a good seal at the bottom which it hadn’t had before. I appreciate Josh’s efforts to ensure my complete satisfaction with the work he did.
