I had annual maintenance on my low voltage outdoor lights with Eric on May 18, 2026. All fixtures were checked. Some bulbs were replaced, some fixtures were repaired, some were replaced. I had several questions, and they were all answered to my satisfaction.

Technician Eric conducted the annual inspection, discovering a number of opportunities for improvement including trenching an exposed line, relocating a light for optimal display, replacing a partially diminished bulb, replacing a lamp broken by a bear, and sprucing up all fixtures. OLP takes seriously the annual service! And Savannah expertly communicated scheduling and promptly coordinated a warranty coverage item.
