After weeks and multiple visits the rodents are still in the house. The ‘exclusion efforts’ have been mediocre at best. Of course I was sold on the need to replace the insulation, raising the cost to well over $10,000; the new insulation has been blown in and from what I can tell does not even come close to reaching the bare minimum insulation factor typically considered for south Texas. As for the ‘efforts’ to trap the rats, the team does not even seem to make any effort to strategically place

Excellent explaining the issue and laid out a treatment plan plus closing tge builders gaps. Quick and efficient. Time will tell about the plan.
