A couple of weeks ago, I found myself in a terrible last-minute bind and Ernesto showed up less than 1 hr later (w packing materials) and packed everything with great care in less than 2 hrs. Saved my move as I had a moving company showing up the next morning and my stuff wasn't ready to be moved. Can't recommend him enough! A++
