I had a terrible experience with this company. First, they would not come out to do the moving estimate, claiming Covid. When I moved from Florida to South Carolina, I had two movers that came to my home and gave me written estimates. Unfortunately I agreed to use their services and found another company to come out to look at what I was moving. I called to cancel my move and they would not give me back my deposit of over $1000!!! They had not done anything for me except take my money!!!!

Our experience was total nightmare!! The way they work is by talking to you over the phone as far as how much furniture and boxes you are moving. The first estimate was $4,000 plus. That’s when I should have canceled with One Source Moving. The second call a different person walked through what all was being moved! It then went up to $9,000, because I asked them to box my TV’s, mirrors and pictures! At that point the move was in 3 days or less! I was told to get 2 certified checks, one for p

This company is a fraud They bald face lied to us from the very get go and after we paid them over $2500 dollars then there story changes I was told to call a number which no one would answer I have message after messages and never received a call back until there dead line was up and then only then did I hear back from anyone They will not refund my money back The guy in customer service actually cussed my wife out So if your thinking about using this company don’t waste your time…
