On Site Irrigation has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company mistakenly began work on my sprinkler system in October of 2025 (they were supposed to be at my neighbor's house). In the process, they broke the vacuum break valve on my back flow preventer. The technician was apologetic and said they would fix it before next spring.
