Okell’s reminds me of an old style store in Europe or back east. It has lots of different fireplace sets and accessories. It’s really fun to see all the different types of sets you can get. One of the best parts is the customer service. They are so nice and helpful. They are always interested in making sure you get the best set even though you might know exactly what you want! We called about possibly replacing our gas logs, Robin was so knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up not even needing to purchase anything, but she sent us the diagram how to place our current logs correctly! So helpful and saved us money!! Will definitely be a future customer!
