Elizabeth was awesome. She walked me through what to look out for in the case of a failing tank or other issue and was straightforward (for both good and bad news). She made me feel like I (finally) called the right place. Tammy, the scheduler, was also great. She kept me in the loop and responded to my initial inquiry via text right away.

My husband called Ohio Water Heater and I am very happy that he did. Our phone call for service was answered quickly and professionally and Elizabeth came to our house almost immediately. She quickly was able to assess what the problem was and offered several solutions. She took the pain out of the problem.
