our technician was super helpful, he talked to me and broke down the package and what needed to be done, he even helped me with the price since it wasn't a huge problem with the garage door just some technical stuff and wifi changes and a nail messing up the door he oiled it, tighten the springs and now were back rolling again yes !

Opener motor failed. OGD response to my call for help was nearly immediate. The technician arrived within 40 minutes! He assessed our situation and helped me to understand all my options with very clear explanations.
