We used Chad for a water softener at our last house, which went fine, so we reached out again for a water softener, filtration system, and RO for our new house. James and Dallin were both extremely helpful! However, while the company was responsive at first, they had promised us a year supply of water softener with our purchase. We recommended them to our neighbors who got their system and the water softener. After our system was installed, I followed up to request the water softener multiple times and they ghosted us.

Oasis Water makes promises they don't keep. I would steer clear of them
