Joe and Mercy did an awesome job of troubleshooting on my fireplace and ended up replacing a part, Per their warranty. This company really stands by their warranties and came the day after I called them to work on the issue. It was great.

The team (supervisor and trainee) were precise and professional. I had what could have been a small interior leak in my gas stove. The SW Gas person said a fitting underneath the mobile home (5 year-old home and line) going to the stove was leaking even though it passed the soapy water test. He said the leak was too small to show up like that which is false. Explaining this to Now (a preferred provider to SW Gas for 20+ years) they sent a supervisor out instead of a regular tech.
