I tried to contact this guy twice. Once through the Rachio website, since I want help optimizing my Rachio sprinkler and app, and once through his website, which is how he said he prefers to be contacted. Although I was informed via email from Rachio that the provider had received my request, I never received a response from him. So I have no idea if he's any good at irrigation services, but I know that he doesn't respond to attempts to contact him.
