Kurt washed the exterior of our house and when it dried there were terrible runs from behind the siding all over the house. He came back a second time and re-washed the house because he said he couldnt just clean those areas. I asked about washing the siding downward, he said he does that but never used a ladder once when washing my 3 story house.He still skipped high areas the 2nd time he was there to clean the siding after I pointed out that he didnt clean them the first time.
