I had just moved into a house that had a deck with completely rotted floorboards. I had two companies come look and say that we needed a new $20k deck, which was totally not in the cards. Northpost came out and quoted an extremely reasonable refurbish of just the floorboards and stairs. They did an incredible job and make sure to use joist tape and other measures so it will last a long time. I couldn't be happier.
