When I questioned the increase, they blamed a 'material cost increase' they forgot to mention. If a business misquotes a job, they should eat that difference instead of quietly passing it to the customer. Even after I called out the lack of transparency, they made zero attempt to make it right or honor their original price. I canceled

Hire. These. Guys. They are responsive, knowledgeable, friendly, and local. I called on a Sunday because I had an old patch in the basement that was leaking. I was immediately talking to a real person who understood the situation and asked me to send a photo. I had an estimate within an hour. Less than 24 hours later, they had finished the work and cleaned up. I am impressed.
